There are two telephone boxes within 100 metres of the apartment – one for coins and one for Telcom Cards, easily purchased in town or at petrol stations.
The mail box is just past Sotheby’s.

These prices are for the apartment sleeping up to 4 people. Please discuss terms with us for occupation of three weeks or longer.
Two sets of keys can be collected from our managing agents Sotheby’s. They are a few yards from our front door. If you are arriving after 5.00 p.m. the keys will be at the Guard Post as you enter the Island. Keys should be returned to Sotheby’s on departure. Sotheby’s will take a credit card swipe from you on arrival against loss and return of the keys and also to cover the event of major damage. Please be assured that this does not mean normal wear and tear. Of course we anticipate that the odd glass or plate will be broken, especially with the unforgiving hard surfaces, and no deduction would be made for this. It’s just nice for the next guests not to find anything missing or in short supply. If requested, Sotheby’s can make a welcome pack, just enough to get you started, if you let them have a list in good time

This is a well fitted room with large walk in shower, basin with black granite surround and WC.

Very well equipped with black granite counter tops, two bar stools. Hob, Bosch oven, cooker hood, microwave, kettle, toaster, Braun Multiquick processor. Fridge freezer. Washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer. Iron and ironing board are supplied. We have requested Sothebys to maintain the stock of salt and rinse aid for the dish washer as the machine will suffer without it. In a kitchen drawer you will find a folder containing the instruction manuals for the equipment.

Dining table seats six. In the side table you will find a folder containing brochures of the numerous places to visit and things to do. Please add brochures to this if you have any we have missed.

Two sofas, one three seater and one two seater in cream suede. Leather coffee table and unit with television and DVD player. We have DS TV and 4 South African terrestrial channels. There are a few DVD’s and CD’s.
This new apartment is situated on the top floor (2nd) of Coral Isle. There is a lift from the entrance hall. It’s a spacious apartment with very high ceilings. The living area is L shaped with an American style kitchen. There are two double bedrooms with two bathrooms.
